A little about your host and founder  Tash Tyack

Tash is a dedicated mum from rural Australia who has turned her passion for helping others into a thriving online business.

In 2022, after years of building and running a successful real estate business for someone else, She hit a wall. The constant grind left her burnt out, exhausted, and questioning whether all the hard work was truly worth it. Even with her success, she knew she needed a change, something that would give her more freedom, time for her family, and a sense of fulfilment.

Then, the unexpected happened. Her Partner Trent (now-husband) had a breakdown, and their whole world changed in an instant. Tash's plate was overloaded, and she had to prioritise being there for Trent & her boys and somehow juggle everyday life at the same time. When she asked her boss for some time off, despite having plenty saved up, his reply was: "NO, I can’t afford for you to have time off right now, there is no one who can go out to your office and fill in, you’ve got auctions coming up and sales to list once those are done, we’ll see what we can do."  when Tash's says she built the business from the ground up she means she did and did it on her own, Tash wasn't just the sales agent she was the sole agent in my office she wore every hate, residential sales, rural sales, property management, admin exc and was paid a base wage for one role and promised the world.

That was Tash's line in the sand moment. This wasn't the first time she had been in this position having time off was never approved without a discussion and 9 x out of 10 Tash still worked remotely while on leave, this time she thought, *F@$K this My family means more to me than being a pawn in someone else’s game of chess.

We were in a financial spiral like never before, but she knew she had no choice but to work remotely from Trent’s hospital bedside, and she would spend any minute she could finding a way out of the constant Burn out.

This was the moment I decided to take control of my life. We couldn’t afford it financially, but mentally, we couldn’t afford not to. I've tried so many different online adventures before so i knew what worked what didn't and what was missing so That’s when she decided to start her online business something that had no broken links that gave them the freedom & choices, she thought if she can build a multi-million business for someone else why not for my family.

She invested into her growth, learned entirely new skill sets, reprogrammed her mindset, and implemented systems that finally gave her the freedom she had been craving for. The transformation was incredible. There were moments of doubt, but with the right support and guidance, she broke through them all and hit her 2 yr goal in just 6 months.

Building something for herself and for her family was so worth it.

Within 4 months, she started seeing a profit in her business. Within 6 months, she made her first $100k+. Before she knew it, she was running a successful multi-six-figure business that has generated over a quarter of a million in her business. It has not only provided financial overflow but also gave her more freedom than she ever imagined. Saving money, travelling, spending time with family & friends, supporting and meeting some incredible people and earning while offline living life which I thought was impossible.

The more FUN you have, the more MONEY you make.

After just 4 months of putting in a few hours a day into her own business, Tash was able to say GOODBYE to her boss for good and those endless hours of unappreciated work were over.

Now, her mission is clear, and it's not to retire just yet.

For the past 18 months, she has helped thousands of others create their own success, and she loves and wants to continue to support and guide others to write their own success stories.
